	IMG Signs Service Agreement with Arden Realty for Three Suburban Chicago Properties
	August 9 , 2010 -- IMG will provide riser management services for three Chicago area Arden Realty properties totaling 1.6 million square feet. The properties include the 31-story Oakbrook Terrace Tower, the tallest building in Illinois outside the city of Chicago; Commerce Plaza, a three building office complex in Oak Brook; and Pointe O’Hare, an 11-story office building in Rosemont.

	IMG To Provide Riser Management Services at 231 South LaSalle
	June 8, 2010 -- Jones Lang LaSalle signed an agreement with IMG for riser management services at 231 South LaSalle Street in Chicago. The 20-story, 1.0 million square foot office building opened in 1924.

	The Swig Company Selects IMG for Riser Management
	May 28, 2010 -- The Swig Company selected IMG to provide riser management services for The Mills Building at 220 Montgomery Street in San Francisco. The landmark building was constructed in 1891 and a 22-story tower was added in 1931. Today, the 450,000 square foot office building is San Francisco's only remaining example of the Chicago School of Architecture.

	IMG and Arden Sign Contract Renewal
	Apr. 15, 2010 -- IMG and the Chicago office of Arden Realty signed a contract renewal for riser management services at 1111 West 22nd. Street in Oak Brook and Corporate 500, a four building office complex in Deerfield. Both properties total nearly 900,000 square feet.

	IMG Announces No-Fee Service Agreements
	Mar. 15, 2010 -- IMG announces that it will offer no-fee agreements for riser management and telecom services. CEO Mike Curtin stated, “Our no-fee agreements help property managers improve the quality of telecom service for their tenants, without increasing costs.” MORE INFORMATION

	Mar. 15, 2010 -- IMG is the new riser management company for Legacy Partner's Civic Towers, located at 75 E. Santa Clara and 4 N. Second St in San Jose.

	IMG Renews Contract for 300 S. Riverside in Chicago
	Mar. 1, 2010 -- IMG and property management firm Cushman & Wakefield signed a three-year contract renewal for riser management services at 300 South Riverside Plaza, a 22-story office building in Chicago.

	IMG to Provide Riser Management Services at 440 S. LaSalle in Chicago
	Feb. 1, 2010 -- IMG was selected by Behringer Harvard to provide riser management services for One Financial Place. The one million square foot office building, located at 440 S. LaSalle Street, is home to several of Chicago’s premier financial services firms.

	IMG Becomes Riser Manager for Riverwalk Office Complex
	Jan. 1, 2010 -- IMG signed an agreement with Hamilton Partners to provide riser management services at the Riverwalk office complex, located at 2100 and 2150 Lake Cook Road in Buffalo Grove. The property includes two office towers with more than 500,000 square feet.

	IMG Signs Midwest Portfolio Agreement with Lincoln Property Company
	Oct. 1, 2009 -- IMG signed an agreement with Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company to provide riser management services for all of the properties in its Midwest portfolio.

	IMG Signs Contract with Cushman & Wakefield for Services at One Rotary Center
	Oct. 1, 2009 -- IMG signed a riser management service agreement with Cushman & Wakefield for One Rotary Center in Evanston. The 18-story office building located at 1560 Sherman Avenue has more than 360,000 square feet and joins several Cushman & Wakefield properties serviced by IMG.

	IMG to Provide Riser Management Services for 300 N. LaSalle in Chicago
	Oct. 1, 2009 -- IMG and Hines have signed a contract for IMG to provide riser management services for 300 N. LaSalle in Chicago. The 57-story office building has more than 1.3 million square feet.

	Willis Tower Renews IMG Contract through 2012
	Aug. 1, 2009 -- IMG signed a three-year renewal of its contract with US Equities Asset Management to provide riser management services for the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) in Chicago. The 110-story, 3.8 million square foot office building is IMG’s largest riser management client.

	IMG Signs Agreement with The John Buck Company
	Jun. 1, 2009 -- IMG has contracted with The John Buck Company to provide riser management services at 155 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago. The 46-story office building has 1.1 million square feet. IMG also provides riser management and telecom service to several other properties managed by The John Buck Company.

	IMG and Jones Lang LaSalle Sign Riser Management Contract for 353 N. Clark in Chicago
	Apr. 1, 2009 -- IMG was selected as the riser management company for the newly opened Chicago office building at 353 North Clark Street by property manager Jones Lang LaSalle. IMG provides riser management and telecom services for the 45-story office building with more than 1 million square feet.

	IMG Signed as Riser Manager for Legacy Almaden Plaza in San Jose
	Apr. 1, 2009 -- Legacy Partners selected IMG as the riser management services company for Legacy Almaden Plaza in San Jose. The plaza includes three office towers and more than 400,000 square feet.

	IMG and Legacy Partners Sign Contract for Services at 160 Spear Street
	Feb. 1, 2009 -- IMG and Legacy Partners signed a riser management services contract for 160 Spear Street, a 19-story, 289,000 square foot office building, in San Francisco.
